I live in Germany and am looking for a place to buy a Felt.
Each country has its own distributor. Go to www.feltbicycles.com and click on your appropriate country for contact information.

We handle the team riders in the USA, for "insert country here" you need to contact the "insert country here" distributor. Please look in the dealer locator for contact information.

My "insert part" is broken, is this covered under warranty.
All Felt Warranty has to go through a Felt dealer. Take the bike to the Felt dealer and they will call our Dealer Support Dept.

My Felt has a scratch in it, can you please send me some touch up paint.
Felt does not have touch up paint available. We have found the best way is to visit a hobby shop and they usually have a wide variety of touch up colors. You can also check with your local bike shop, the bikes usually come with a very small bottle and some shops may save these. The shop may or may not save them.

I cannot find a local dealer that carries your product. How do I buy directly from you?
Felt bicycles and parts must be purchased from an authorized Felt dealer. We have an online store that we sell softgoods and small specialty parts only.

I have a 2004 Felt Sector XL that I have just re-painted; can you send me some replacement stickers?
The decals that came with the frame are "water transfer" under the clear and have a very short shelf life.  The online store sells decal kits, you can look in FeltBMX.com and FeltBicycles.com online stores.

I am looking for a 2009 Chasm can you find on for me?
We do not have a way of tracking what each store has in stock. Contact your local Felt dealer and they can get you this information.

My dealer did not give me an owners manual when I purchased my bike, please send me one.
If your dealer does not have an owners manual for you, we have it available online to download. Go to the Support page for download.
